I'm not a professional but I've been saying the same thing. Nobody goes into psychosis for only 18 minutes. It's a build up until you completely lose touch with reality. She was perfectly sane all day. She took her daughter to the pediatrician and nobody she spoke to said she seemed off. As many professionals have stated, most people in psychosis can barely stay on track due to racing thoughts and delusions. She spoke to Patrick on the phone during and told him exactly what their daughter needed!! I hope the jury was listening and does the right thing.

This would be a solid counter argument were they merely speculating Lindsay experienced regular psychosis, but post partum psychosis specifically DOES operate in a highly unusual episodic manner. In just about every PPP case I’ve read about, in immediate aftermath of the killings the mania or delirium broke and was replaced by catatonia or something else.

Why is there only 2 stairs recordings. Digital-forensics expert Ian Whiffin testified that data recovered from Lindsay’s iPhone/Apple Health showed: 5:33 p.m. — the phone recorded a flight of stairs being climbed. 5:34 p.m. — Lindsay had the 14-second telephone call with Patrick. 5:38 p.m. — the phone recorded a second flight of stairs being climbed. The phone stopped recording health/movement activity after approximately 5:38 p.m.
