I had cervical fusion surgery 13 years ago, still have the scar just right of my adams apple. took a while for me to get as close to 100% as I can. Best thing I ever done. I wonder if this procedure would have reduced my healing time though?

I have had 2 disc replacements one in 2023 when my disc between level C5/6 was replaced and now in June 2026 disc was replaced between C4and C5. Still recovering
