Excruciatingly painful procedure but once the medication settles (2-3 days for me) it was very effective but it has worn off by now so back to my roller coaster I go with daily migraines:(

I was offered the block at c2 but I'm afraid it's going to make things worse. I've got cervical instability, Ehlers danlos and stenosis in my cervical spine. if it triggers a worsening and prolonged head pain id be useless to my child 😭

I’ve had so many nerve blocks they don’t help. I’ve had Botox injections but ended up having allergic reaction to it. I have occipital neuralgia and I’ve been on every migraine med except the injections you give yourself. Insurance won’t approve it. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Had this today! Got me in asap, took 5 minutes, and it didn’t hurt! My migraine pressure is so bad in back of neck/base of skull, so it was welcomed!

I really want him too be my neurologist he does it with ultrasound and my neurologist doesn’t I tell him where it hurts and he never injects where it is
