@girlwithsunglassesss: What a big shame this is! You can’t convince me otherwise that those two copy n paste sistahs stole his line before he could use it and did him dirty. This guy was so credible & they set him up to look dirty knowing the judge was going to flip. The jury in the Lindsay Clancy case can’t unhear this! It sounded scripted, they knew this was coming, & you can’t convince me otherwise #lindsayclancy #truecrime #courtroom #truecrimetok #lindsayclancycase
Excuse me did he just say Patrick told him they DID go out on their anniversary when Pat said they did NOT?!?!?!!!!

This whole case is disturbing. The prosecution’s tactics feel downright evil—twisting things to fit a narrative instead of simply letting the evidence speak for itself. If justice is the goal, it shouldn’t require manipulation or games.

They told him to say it so he would be invalidated as a witness and you can’t convince me otherwise 😭 his testimony is leaning towards favoring the defense so they wanted to discredit his testimony before he reached his conclusion.

Can we speak on how he said she didn’t remember anything when she woke up and was going off of what other people told her???

The "she was raised Catholic so she knows murder/suicide is a mortal sin" argument contradicts itself. If her faith would stop her from doing it on purpose, then the fact that she DID it means something overrode that belief, which is exactly what psychosis does. You can't use the same fact to prove she wouldn't do it intentionally AND to prove she wasn't in psychosis. That's circular. And being raised Catholic doesn't tell you how she actually practiced or what was going through her mind in that moment. When someone is in psychosis, they're not sitting there reasoning through theology🙄

As a man of science—a psychologist with his credentials—he should NEVER speak about religion, not even in a courtroom. It is incredible that the judge allows it. Telling a jury to disregard what they have already heard is absurd. That does not make for a fair trial.

But the argument still doesn’t hold weight, why would she knowingly commit said “sins” if she was sane if she knew the religious consequences… that makes her less sane if anything?!

There is also zero physical evidence and no motive that links Lindsay to the crime.

He also talked about her memory and made it pretty clear that her "confession" could be a false memory because she was told she did it.

These “experts” are paid BIG money. He knew he couldn’t say it. He made a decision to follow their lead for money instead of ethics. He was moving on from his slide. She specifically asked him if there wasn’t something else. Was it a choice made under pressure? Yes. But he made a choice.

I can’t believe he accidently let slip that she didn’t even remember anything when she came out of consciousness, she had to be told what she done, wtf!! And he knew he messed up, that’s what all that sighing and pauses were for. He realised he came off script and somehow needed to rein it back in, but it was all too late. We all heard!

No, he tried to skip the slide where he eventually went into that and they wanted him to go over the slide. It’s like he knew he shouldn’t go over it.

Are we serious??? 🤣 this guys was talking about nonsense!!! Essentially he was saying that she had to ☠️her kids because she never left them alone!!! Like what??? & he said she wasn’t is psychosis bc she told Patrick she did it not that the voices told her & how her story isn’t adding up. How is this a credible story???
