I have a friend that's a super-taster. I think you might be the opposite. I don't know if there's a name for it. the test is to put a little aspartame powder on your tongue. if you're a super-taster, it's almost immediately bitter. I'm a regular taster. it started sweet and slowly, 30 seconds, faded to a bitter after taste. but those are the only rxns I've seen
