DJI Osmo Action 6 vs GoPro Hero 13 underwater 🌊🐢 I took both cameras with me to the Maldives and tested them on real dives to see how they compared in the conditions I actually shoot in. No perfect setup, just real underwater moments, changing light, movement and everything that comes with filming beneath the surface. From a user experience perspective, I noticed some big differences. The Osmo Action 6 was quicker to start up, meaning I could capture moments I sometimes missed while waiting for the GoPro to be ready. The screen also felt brighter and easier to use underwater. I kept both cameras close to their default settings and focused on the experience of using them rather than diving too deeply into colour science. The final look will always come down to personal preference, but for my style of shooting, the Osmo Action 6 is the one I'll be keeping in my kit. Shooting settings:
