One thing that helped me move on from my narcissistic partner is the day which took many years to real realize all the exceptionally good times and fun times that we had were fake. It was all a world rehearsed play that she played many times I believe once a victim, real realizes even the good times were all a lie hopefully you’ll move on quick quicker.
