That’s not necessarily true bro - I’m a r2r sourcer and we never take the properties under our name to then source it out - I’ve done beyond 140 sourced deals and we simply broker the entire transaction - we never take it under our name - even when we manage some of our clients units - we have a separate arrangement between us and the client. For any sourced deal - the client is required to have the tenancy with the agent or LL under their company name
