Ron Wyatt claimed he found the ark of the covenant in a cave under the spot where JESUS was crucified and the the blood of JESUS dripped on the ground and seeped through cracks in the ground and dripped onto the mercy seat of the ark of the covenant. In Luke 24 : 45 - 45, it says, "And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour. And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst. " You and I both know that the ark of the covenant was kept behind the veil in the holy of holies. Now, IF the ark of the covenant was in a cave under the spot where JESUS was crucified and not behind the veil in the most holy place in the temple, then what would be the point of the veil being rent from top to bottom for?

Religious people and even religious leaders could possibly be Athiests just going with the flow. A motivating factor is money. Most leaders in Modern Western History were probably Atheists. This parameter is a difficult obstacle to overcome.
