Nobody will ever see it. Except there’s one tiny problem… There’s a perfectly reasonable way to install it correctly. 😂 Brad explains that you just need to climb up, unscrew the beauty ring, disconnect the piece from the ball socket, slide everything into position properly, and put it back together. Does it take longer than attacking it with a grinder? Sure. Is it some massive ordeal? Not really. And that's Brad's bigger point. Sometimes shortcuts make sense. But when doing it correctly only requires a few extra steps, “nobody will ever see it” probably isn't the strongest argument for cutting corners. 😂 Do it right. Put it back together. Then nobody will ever see it because there’s nothing wrong to see. he needs to remove the whole thing because the ball on the top is attached to the neck of the fan the base that he has to connect to cover that ball it's in it in in the way so he needs to remove the whole neck which is a long neck is 101 piece slide out all the wires out remove the big round cover feed that before everything else like that's the last thing that's the first thing he was supposed to put it put together

You have to unwire the whole fan to get that piece on… sure you don’t have to built the whole fan but you do have to drop from the top and unwire it.

brah, he has to climb up, take down the fan, take the ball off, put ring and canopy on, ball back on, climb back up(whole fan now), rehang and wire.
