Simple roast fish recipe with herbs (simple cooking scenario)Ingredients2 cleaned whole fish (approx. 500 g each)2s olive oil3ed garlic cloves1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon pap or black pepper1 teaspoon rosemary or thyme 1 lemon juice1 medium sliced onionSlice the fish well and dry with paper towel.Make light cuts on the sides of the fish for the seasoning to penetrate better.Size the fish with salt, crushed garlic, olive oil, pap, herbs and lemon juice.Spread the seasoning all over the surface and inside the fish. some onion slices inside the fish to add flavor.Let marinate for 20 to 30 minutes to absorb the seasonings.Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes. the fish in a baking dish greased with olive oil or lined with butter paper. Roast for 25-35 minutes or until the skin is golden and the soft meat. Remove from the oven and let stand for a few minutes before serving. Serve the roast fish with fresh herbs, olive oil and homemade bread.
