Do you agree??? This is my total guess. Remember District Attorneys and Judges are ELECTED positions. I believe they all realized there is a mountain of evidence pointing at Patrick. They all talk behind closed doors. Instead of saying they arrested the wrong person the prosecutors brought in an illegal question to cause a mistrial or future appeal. They will later say due to new evidence (tic Tok ) they won’t retry Lindsay. Maybe then we can start finding out the real truth and THEN proceed with a fair trial. Otherwise I’m on pins and needles with the civil case which may bring out the truth. Just want justice for Lindsay Kora, Dawson and Callan. These babies angels kept their mom alive for a reason.

the prosecution is doing this on purpose to cause a mistrial. because they have not made the case to convict. once might be accident I doubt it,but it could.. twice no its on purpose.and this will influence the jurys decision. they are smart enough to figure out that if the prosecution is desperate enough to do this TWICE they will realize if the state has doubt in their case they will too.
