Trump gets a big win by making States give the federal government a list of names for people that they're sending mail-in ballots to in their state. The federal government can then track down these people to confirm their mail-in ballot. Republican states are going to send the list real quick while Democrat states are not going to want to give Trump a list of people they're sending mail-in ballots to In their state.

Just so everyone is aware, this is another attempt at placating by SCOTUS. They avoided reaching the core merits on a technicality, reasoning that the claims were premature. In doing so, they left the door open for states eager to move forward the moment new rules roll out this week. Seriously, the new regulations are scheduled to take effect in days. Coincidence much?
