Im 64, work Full Time, and I relax watching tv & movies with my cats and thats how I like it 😊 I rent so no more house owning for me. Trying to declutter so my kids wont have to when I die.

Turned 60 in March🍀 and as I’m seeing things slowly change, I think this is the best advice! And as we’re all in this same yacht, cause we deserve a more than a boat💁🏻♀️👑, it’s paramount that we eat right, walk and lift some weights. It amazes me how I’m feeling that my balance is not the same or even my grip strength is different.😒😳 I don’t want to become weak. Be good to yourselves, ladies! 🫶🏼🥰
