Yes, how cattle are raised and fed can affect the nutritional profile of the meat. But that doesn’t mean conventional ground beef is suddenly unhealthy. It’s still a great source of protein, iron, zinc and vitamin B12. If you prefer grass fed and it fits your budget, great. But you don’t need the “perfect” version of every food to have a healthy diet. Your overall eating habits matter far more than whether every piece of beef you eat is grass fed. Don’t let social media make healthy eating harder than it needs to be.
