Ingredients 1 large flour tortilla 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp yellow or Dijon mustard 2 slices Muenster cheese 2 tomato slices 6 slices salami 2 slices cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided Instructions 1. In a large tortilla, put mayonnaise and mustard on top then mix evenly over the entire tortilla. 2. Place 2 slices of Muenster cheese vertically on the tortilla. 3. Add tomato slices over the Muenster cheese. 4. Place 3 slices of salami on each layer of tomatoes. 5. Top each stack with a slice of cheddar cheese. 6. Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla inward, then fold the bottom half up over the top half to create a sealed rectangular pocket. 7. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella into the center of the pan. 8. Place the wrap seam-side down on top of the melting mozzarella. Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until the mozzarella becomes deep golden brown and crispy. 9. Carefully flip the wrap. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella into the pan beneath the wrap and cook another 2–3 minutes until the second side is crispy and golden. 10. Remove from the skillet, let rest for 1 minute, slice in half, and serve warm while the cheese is crispy and gooey.
