Nearly 400 of those arrested have criminal convictions or pending charges, according to ICE. The operation also nets alleged members of MS-13, Tren de Aragua and the 18th Street Gang. Among those taken into custody is a Salvadoran national arrested in Richmond who authorities say is wanted on a murder warrant.
