Idk if you do skin prep but I always do that before primer! it helps prevent your makeup to look less cakey or rough!

You’re using a concealer for oily skin when it looks like your skin is dry so it looks “cakey” because it’s pretty much matte when you apply it. If that’s elf, use the hydrating concealer it has a white cap. Also that shade is too light for your tan skin so I’d get a shade darker or two until winter!
