As someone who lives in rapid Mount Rushmore has to be one of the most underrated thing but going there for the first time will always be my favorite memory. I hope you guys had the best time!!

I think that you guys are so cute! I actually saw you at Wall Drug South Dakota and told my husband that I saw two “TikTok influencers”. We were driving back from Iowa to Washington state. We visited Iowa to see my dad‘s new bench at his graveside. He passed June 2025. It’s a beautiful drive but a long one! We also visited Mount Rushmore and it was awesome. Safe travels to you!

Gutzon Borglum wanted the monument to be free for all and it was for the longest time. Then they decided to charge for parking and ruined that whole idea. I worked at Mt Rushmore in 1994, best summer job ever! I live in Rapid City now and have not been there since they started to charge for parking!!!
