This happened to me! They NEVER CALLED! 2.5mo later, I came to get something and the ENTIRE unit was covered in mold. Everything ruined! I only had $5k in insurance.. $40k+ destroyed. BY THE INSURANCE.

My unit was broken into and stuff was stolen, they didn’t tell me nothing. I found out a month later when I went to grab stuff and seen it was a disaster with stuff opened and dumped. I had to file a police report

I used to work for a storage unit company and when we did our ok checks and saw water, the u it unlocked or anything g we were totally the renter right away! This is horrible on that company's part!!
