coming from a back pain queen i have literally never used my desk either! i would much rather have a laptop tray table or a side table next to a comfy chair. get rid of the standing desk. if u didn't use it before having it in a new space is not gonna make u use it. i have adhd too trust me that isnt gonna happen 😭😭😭

sell the desk! if you end up finding yourself needing a desk, you can find something that actually goes with the vibe you’re going for instead. and you can keep your walking pad under the couch and use it when you watch tv instead 🤷🏻♀️

Those blank vinyl records if you have band stickers or other stickers you could put them on those. I vote for getting rid of the desk. The walking pad you could use it while watching tv instead.
