Love your videos btw I noticed we often form ideas or rules and end up stuck in the idea rather than what the idea is about like meeting someone, you get to know them then at some point you stop interacting with the person and start interacting with your idea of the person I noticed this in the bible specifically because of Jesus and the pharisees it was the whole reason Jesus didn’t like them. Acknowledging it is like breaking the 3rd wall from the 4th wall it a loops once you notice it found this yesterday

started a journal today! and I've done that before but never wanted to, I wanted to be a journaler for some reason I guess back then? but today I wanted to just write whatever my brain did, and think about it. maybe I got lucky but it was fun, and I'm excited to use it for accountability, and to make challenges for myself to explore the curiosity I have about myself. like... I don't express anger much. I'm going to just try to express that sometime tomorrow. and then I'll probably journal about it. this isn't exactly what your on about, but you have helped me get there. thank you
