@chelseaspursuit: I leave for a three-week trip in a few days so here are the boring financial things I always do before I travel ✈️ 💳 Pay off all my credit cards in full before I leave. 💸 Make sure I have enough money in my chequing account to cover anything that’ll come out automatically while I’m gone. 💻 Track all my spending and wrap up my budget before I leave so I’m starting the trip with a clean slate. 💵 Have a plan for cash! Depending on where I’m going I’ll either bring some with me or get local currency once I arrive. Nothing exciting BUT the goal is basically to make it so I don’t have to think about my finances while I’m away ☺️
