Who remembers the lo mein, chicken, scallion pancake spot that was by the LIRR on Main St up until 2019 or so? The lo mein was like $2, scallion pancake $1. Is there any other place on Main St as such? Not with those prices these days I'm sure.

still mourning the small milk mochi shop and the $4/5 chinese hamburger stall, both ran by the sweetest grandmas. wondering if they’re selling elsewhere like joe’s or mimisa. flushing keeps taking away real mom&pop shops in favor of the same 3 kinds of food

Appreciate your videos. Flushing has become my go to on weekends. So many quiet blocks, one curious turn I can get lost 😀. Your many recommendations from Lunch Box to Bakeries l/Deserts to malls...I must admit my favorite so far is Handmade Dumpling, long walk but worthy for Shrimp n Corn dumpling 🙈😀
