Haha its a trick question , best not interpret it in any way, just admit that I donโt know and if I really have to know I can ask, if they are seeing me next week that means they still wanna meet and rest I can figure out once I meet them. Feels like anxiety having to start guessing ๐

They got spooked and are taking steps back and MAYBE, potentially, rethink about the relationship and leave. Best case scenario, they don't leave and just took their time to think and all ends well๐

They are overwhelmed and are pulling away because now they feel their independence is in danger, so they are avoiding, trying to feel their independence back. No bandwidth to communicate about that. I would give the space, no check-ins initiated by me and let them approach and plan for next week. But I already know where this situation is headed. More often than not, beginning of the end.
