I messed up the Alfredo… but this French Celtic salt & Italian pork butt turned it into a masterpiece. I tried to make carnivore Alfredo today… and FAILED 😭🔥 But this fail turned into something way better than what I planned. I had A2 yogurt, A2/A2 Swiss, Asiago, Capocollo pork shoulder butt, and my favorite Le Marinier Celtic Sea Salt from France. I misjudged the heat and instead of creamy Alfredo, the yogurt and cheeses thickened into the most insane cheesy blend — glossy, rich, stretchy, and somehow perfect for the crispy pork and ground beef I made. And let me tell you… the French Celtic salt SAVED EVERYTHING. This salt is unrefined, mineral-rich, fine-ground, and hand-harvested — it melts into food like butter and gives this natural briny depth that regular salt can’t touch. It took the A2 yogurt tang and the Italian Capocollo flavor and turned them into pure carnivore comfort food. This wasn’t the Alfredo I planned… but it might be one of the best cheesy bowls I’ve ever made. 😳🔥 Would you eat this “good fail”?
