@collective.record: XXXTENTACION & TRIPPIE REDD — “FUCK LOVE” 🖤 In 2017, XXXTentacion and Trippie Redd captured the heartbreak and vulnerability that defined the early emo-rap era. “Fuck Love” appeared on X’s debut album 17, released August 25, 2017. Produced by Nick Mira, Taz Taylor and Dex Duncan, the track became the album’s only feature, with Trippie Redd adding the melodic hook that made the song instantly recognizable. The song went far beyond the underground. It eventually reached No. 28 on the Billboard Hot 100 and became one of the biggest songs of both artists’ careers. In 2019, it became the most-streamed song on SoundCloud at the time. Years later, its impact became even clearer. In 2023, “Fuck Love” was certified Diamond, surpassing 10 million units—making it XXXTentacion’s and Trippie Redd’s first Diamond record. “Fuck Love” — two young artists turning heartbreak into one of the defining songs of the SoundCloud era. #rap #music #rapnews #hiphop #fyp
