Definitely the frozen shoulder!!! I didnt injure myself either! I thought I was going to need rotator cuff surgery or something!! It hurt so bad I wore a shoulder support under my shirt. I would tell me husband to go around the bumps in the road it was that painful. I didnt see a doctor or get any tests done. I bet it was a good 3 months then it just went away with heating pad and advil. But I was still babying it like I was going to get that pain back. I have full movement now. 💯💯💯

I’m just learning now!! I’m furious that I did chiro for almost a year/ spent $3k and it did nothing!! No accident, no injury. Severe hip/groin = tendon /nerve pain. Consistent pain. I’ve been on HRT for almost 8-months. Trying ANYTHING. I heard Moringa (herb) helps to supplement estrogen loss. I’m just starting that now. Can’t live like this. horrible.

Yeah, because this is a woman related issue, men couldn't be bothered to research it in the 20th century. Then they discovered Viagra because the world revolves around a man's satisfaction. Other scientists (women) got involved and figured that out. If I may make one suggestion, look into BioTe pellet hormone replacement. My male OBGYN saved my life with the delivery of my youngest(toxemia, HELP syndrome, I basically died), so I trusted him when he suggested HRT after my complete hysterectomy, and estrogen patches were not a benefit in my own personal day to day life. I got my first pellets, lost 60 lbs, grew new bone that was necessary for surgery, and finally slept 6 hrs at night- a HUGE win!

Don’t forget about the ladies that had to have total hysterectomy and no longer have ovaries had a younger age. And then I don’t know what we do about the breast cancer survivors that are supposed to be on anti-hormone agents for 10 years. I refused to take it and ended up having the total hysterectomy.

The bone and muscle aches were horrible until I started HRT. I was doing acupuncture and going to the chiropractor regularly until the estrogen and progesterone kicked in. Game changer!!
