When do you go to work? That’s my issue! I have no time. I have to work, clean, cook, shower, and find time to do all this for myself plus get 7 hours of sleep. Not enough time. Work is literally killing me.

How many days a well do you lift? I feel like I’m drained doing 5 days and can do more walks when I do 4 days of lifting?

This can be achieved with working full time. I work 9-5, walk my dog 4x a day and go to the gym around 8pm. I started with getting my step count up and then decided to work with an online trainer and began lifting.
