$500 for two minor infractions is ridiculous. I’m a cop in Oklahoma. A seatbelt ticket is $20 and texting is $100. These are for my municipality. It can vary.

Dude says no bluetooth. They make attachments to hold your phone in place not in hands so you may observe the gps off the screen, costs about $20 instead of $500

the comments are just so amazing how people feel that they can choose which laws they obey which they don't. I used to think this exact same way until I woke up in jail for the third time. after that I changed what I did wrong and it's been well over 30 years since I've had any interaction with the police at all. other than to serve them food out of my food truck on occasion.
