There’s not a big difference to me … yeah it’s not a “maybe” What you just said is that whereas they don’t do it themselves, others do it and they know that so they still sell it to them. That’s like saying the enemy of your enemy is your friend. That does not remove responsibility from Clinique. They should not be selling to a country that has those practices knowing that some products are required to be tested on animals, dang it! and I loved Clinique.
