I just cut 43, 44, 45, 46 miters out of scrap, glue them up, write the angles and measurements on my cut board and just work my way around the room

Well as a kitchen builder you always do 45.5 or 46 angle to really get that strong sharp edge

Just cut it at a 46 and call it a day. Willl touch every time and then roll your edges. No caulk needed
