I do too… But you brought up such a good point that I haven’t seen anybody bring up yet. The fact that when he ran over to Lindsay, he said to her what did you do? If you see your wife on the ground, wouldn’t you assume that somebody did that to her? Who in their right mind would say to their wife what did you do? That’s an excellent point.

in my opinion. I think she's innocent because she loved her children. she worried about their safety and didn't like leaving them. she would not have left them to die alone in the basement. i think she would have placed them all together after she did it and if she was going to k*ll herself she wouldn't have gone all the way upstairs so far away from her kids to do it. she would have wanted die near them not 2 stories above them. and if your going to throw yourself out the window why lock the door. also the voice told her to k*ll herself and all the kids but didn't mention the husband even though he was home that day. none of this makes sense. again in my opinion.

Not even LC’s attorney is arguing she’s innocent! The only question is her culpability- she did it but under mental defect and didn’t have requisite intent. If there was ANY question that someone else did it, that would be raised for reasonable doubt and mental state wouldn’t be a consideration.

I didn’t see anything mentioned that she had blood on the bottom of her feet or foot marks on the blood from Lindsey. One time I cut my finger in the garage and I found blood days later everywhere and marks of my foot.
