Replying to @𐒨ᥲᥣᥣ ოᥱ ᥕᥱᥕіі𓂃 ࣪˖ ִֶָ𐀔 Butterfly Glass Cheesecake 🦋 i made my own bday cake, super inspired by ‘Wicked’, but it colours turned out to be too soft 😂 ✌️ 📝 ingredients: 200g cream cheese 70g powdered sugar 100g plain yoghurt 200g heavy cream 10g gelatin + 20g milk (bloomed and melted) steps: 1. mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. add in the yoghurt and bloomed gelatin, mix again using hand mixer until well combined. 2. pour in the heavy cream, mix again thoroughly. 3. pour half of the cake batter to the mould, add in a layer of strawberry jelly (check the recipe below). then, pour the remaining batter on top. 4. keep it in the fridge until set and easy to take out. (optional strawberry jelly layer) 📝 ingredients: 100g strawberry 30g sugar ¼tsp lemon juice 3g bloomed gelatin blend the strawberry then pour it in a pot. add in the sugar and lemon juice. cook until thickened and then add in the bloomed gelatin. pour in the mould and keep it in the chiller until set (glass layer) 📝 ingredients: 100g isomalt food colouring steps: 1. mely the isomalt until 160C, then add in a few drops of food colouring. 2. pour in to the silicone mould and chill in the fridge until hardened. #h#homecafeh#homebakingc#cakec#cheesecakerecipe
