I’m PAL after a 38 week stillbirth. How do you trust the heartbeat? I have a Doppler and I’ve been using it but the last thing a baby has before they die is a heartbeat. So how do you hear the heartbeat and just trust that everything’s fine?

I went in and when it was time for her to use the doppler I made the comment like good luck cause I have not been able to find it with my doppler at home. (it did take her about 20 minutes to find it cause apparently this baby likes to hide and run from it) then on my way out she made the comment to keep using mine at home. so I think its fine.
