I was in your position. I understand how you are feeling and what you’re going through. What helped me a lot was journaling because I could just write how I was feelings and express myself to myself on paper. It helped me cope a lot in such a difficult season in life. But you find what makes you happy. I hope the absolute best for you and that God is always in your side.

At some point I just accepted that my feelings for him will stay. I never felt this way about a person before. And it’s been six years by now. But it was his decision to leave. And I want him to be happy. So I did the only thing that would work: I started to live my life. It was hard. It was exhausting but I’m happy. Sometimes I still wanna call him… just to hear that he’s okay. But I strongly believe he is.
