Reading comprehension would have saved everyone a lot of time here. The WNBA says you need to be a woman to be eligible—not that saying “I identify as a woman” magically makes you eligible. These two men didn't discover a loophole; they built a stunt around pretending the rule says something it doesn't. And “just require XX chromosomes, problem solved” is somehow even worse. There are XX people assigned male at birth and XY people assigned female at birth because human sex development is more complicated than two letters from high-school biology. So congratulations: your supposedly foolproof definition can exclude people assigned female at birth while including people assigned male at birth. The irony is incredible. They deliberately misread one sentence, used WNBA players as cannon fodder to ridicule trans women, proposed a chromosome rule that doesn't even accomplish what they think it does, and now confidently predict they'll sue and win. Maybe spend ten minutes reading about the subject before spending an hour making a video explaining it to everyone else.
