seriously, if the police found 3 dead kids, a mother nearly frozen to death in the snow with a temperature of 82.1 and an unmarked husband sitting on a🥰 couch, with his dna on the murder weapons, wouldn't he have been arrested? especially when it was a 54 minute window. impossible. humans are homiothermic. they don't go coma cold in minutes. and certainly doesn't fit the youngest child's asphyxiation

The phone registering a flight of stairs is not bc she went up or down stairs. It’s bc her phone was took inside cvs and when whoever it was pretending to be Patrick went in and out of CVS and walking through the entrance it logged a flight of stairs! Literally exactly one minute after both times. That’s not a coincidence it’s technical. She was already outside dropped from the window before he even left the house.

There isn’t the 2nd trip up from the basement to get the other 2 kids because there is not a 3rd elevation change around that time. And, her watch never left the top floor per the elevation data. Last elevation climb on the watch 4:56pm, then the heart beat tracking stopped at 5:23. But she was allegedly downstairs with the kids feeding them chicken nuggets at 5:15pm. The watch ended up in the upstairs nightstand and was not dead or turned off because it pinged or synced the following day. So, the DA wants to use the elevation data when it suits her, but not when it doesn’t or the data doesn’t exist that would need to exist for Lindsay to do this.
