Statues are unconstitutional so the stop is illegal to begin with. The stop is when the conspiracy against your rights starts. The cop works for the state then at court the solicitor works for state also the judge works for state non of which can act on the behalf of an injured party. But yet you are in court for a victimless crime that the state is both the accuser and the victim and the penalty of. Also illegal. Also lacking due process. The constitution says you can’t be held to answer for anything unless by a grand jury indictment. There isn’t one with a statute. Code ordnance rule non of that
