@portmiamiguy: This might be the end of Port Miami Guy. I wish I was saying that for a hook, but I’m not. During the Manus backup/restoration situation, I didn’t complete the process needed to preserve the website tasks. I got my account back, but right now it looks like the actual work behind my websites may be gone. PortMiamiGuy.com. PortMiamiGuide.help. A lot of time, work, ideas, information and energy went into building all of this. And at this point, I’m tired. Not just tired from losing the websites. Tired from constantly rebuilding, fixing, checking, correcting, going to the port, creating content, answering questions and trying to keep everything moving. So I’m being straight with everybody who has followed this page: There is a VERY real possibility that Port Miami Guy, at least the way you’ve known it, is coming to an end. I’m not making some dramatic final announcement tonight because I don’t know exactly what I’m going to do yet. But my motivation to rebuild everything again is extremely low right now, and even my desire to keep going to PortMiami and maintaining this page has taken a serious hit. To everybody who watched the videos, asked questions, shared the posts, trusted my information, booked transportation, sent people my way, supported the websites or simply followed along — thank you. Seriously. 🙏🏽 Whatever happens next, what we built here was real.
