Hey, so I used to know Ramesh and his restaurant used to just be a fire and he would cook daily catch on it. The food would take hours to come but it was really good 😂😂 Unfortunately he died a few years ago but he was a lovely man. I didnt know they still had the restaurant open.

That’s quite pricey for a thali of that size, even with Chonak fish. Also, when restaurant is that empty, I’m a little sus on the freshness.

Can someone help me understand eating a dish like this with your hands? I am not here to judge and completely understand some cultures prefer hands and I think that's wonderful, but i notice you had the option of the spoon but you chose to use hands despite it being rice and liquid which genuinely seems difficult...what am I missing?
