@australiasnorthwest: Here's the plan for a day (or three) in the gorges: 🏊 Hamersley Gorge A detour worth taking. Water-polished rock folds, a spa pool and banded red rock layers you won't find anywhere else in the park. 🥾 Dales Gorge The most accessible gorge in Karijini and a popular base for campers. Fortescue Falls, Circular Pool and Fern Pool are all connected by well-formed trails. 🌿 Fern Pool A shady swimming hole, reached on a gentle stroll. 💦 Fortescue Falls Tranquil and one of the park's most iconic sights, an easy walk from Dales Gorge.
