I just don’t know why existing credit card companies didn’t figure out this type of lending model within their business model. They could be making so much more money legitimately and never allowed a buy now pay later market to even form.

Unfortunately, when the "bubble" crashes the finance companies will get bailed out and the response middle-class will be left holding the 🎒... Same as in 2008 and then the cycle will start all over again
