That body that you *likely* are trying to attain is not going to happen by only losing fat. It is from BUILDING MUSCLE, and that can take YEARS. DO not set yourself back years by taking a GLP1 and deteriorating your lean muscle mass you already have. I have met SO many women working towards their goals in the wrong way and it hurts my heart.
