because someone leaked an official list of collabs set to happen years in advance that was immediately taken down. Madoka is coming to identityV as the official account has made a banner for it. But model creation and rigging takes months to a year to complete if they are making it from scrap and not using an old base model for the game.

Most of you guys don't even check your sources. It's real, the leaker is reliable and got into trouble with NE because of the leaks. That's because people keep fucking posting them instead of keeping them to themselves. That might cause a delay, but I doubt it would get cancelled since a contract has probably been signed already, and they started working on them. Other than that, leaks have been around for a long time but in case you forgot, Japan and China had political tensions going on, so of course japanese crossovers couldn't come to IDV back then.

a collab cannot be delayed if it wasn't announced in the first place 😭 yall are seeing files in the game that aren't supposed to be seen by the general public, doesn't mean it's in the files means it's set to release in like 2 hours. Skins before the game even released in global such as morgan le fay, cheshire cat, madame coral, etc. was leaked years prior to their release. However, it wasn't delayed because it was leaked but because they just aren't set within that timeframe. You can even see old leaks having different designs than their current ones because those aren't the final designs. Let's not throw the word delayed/cancelled when it wasn't even confirmed to release in the first place.
