@rescuewithrobert: Left out in the freezing snow and completely ignored. It shatters my heart seeing sweet innocent dogs chained up in the bitter cold with nothing but an empty bowl just hoping someone will stop and notice them. The words on this photo could not be more true. A simple greeting might seem small to us but for a lonely pup who feels totally invisible it can honestly be the difference between starving and finally getting rescued. We can never just look the other way when an animal is suffering like this.
