@tara_elsas: A little behind the scenes of building The Wehl !! This has been one of those ideas that lived in my head for a long time, and getting to slowly watch it become something real has been so fun. The branding, the cart, the menu, sourcing ingredients, testing recipes, figuring out approximately 400 tiny details I didn’t know existed lol. We’re officially getting ready for our first pop-up this week and it feels a little surreal. still very much figuring it out as we go, but I think that’s my favorite part.
