I have been T1D 47 years. Please!! Ask your Endo for a prescription for a Glucagon Emergency Kit. It has a syringe of glucagon in it and you give it just like you would an insulin injection. The person will wake up in a minute or two. My parents and husband have used them on me in the past they are a life saver. Every T1D should have one in the house. I carry it in my purse.

my bf noticed my alarm was going off one night and got really annoyed because he didnt know what it was and tbf its annoying lol but when he realized what it was he woke me up to start giving me spoonfulls of straight sugar, he said hes never seen me that loopy before
