I heard that sleep paralysis is 1-2 steps away from astral projection, so I think sometimes people experience “hallucinations” or see/hear certain things because they’re leaving their physical body, entering the spiritual world

With Sleep Paralysis I've always found to wake myself up quicker focusing all my attention on trying to wriggle my toes or clenching and unclenching my fists has the highest chances of working. That's just me though, other people may have different reactions

okay first of all let me just say when you do play with a Ouija board you are definitely not supposed to burn it because basically you are just releasing the spirit that you attracted or that is attached to that particular board... the sleep paralysis does occur with some people because they are experiencing the spiritual realm also known as astral projection or the astral realm... as for the X's drawn across the chest can have multiple meanings meaning he will have his heart broken three times, he will have three children that unfortunately will not live full lives, another interpretation is or could be she took three of his own personal lives if you believe in reincarnation it is possible that he will have to either repeat three of his lives or he may not be able to complete his mission on Earth in his body... again these are possibilities not certainties... best of luck Ryan! I would suggest getting a cleansing from either a priest or a religious spiritualist before the attachment becomes permanent...

I might have had sleep paralysis one time I remember my eyes being open. I tried to scream out. I remember lifting my right hand and hitting the back of the couch, but could not move otherwise.

I was gonna ask if they said goodbye with the board. But hell no this woman crawling on the bed doing that to him. I absolutely think sleep paralysis is real. And I would also believe that this happened cause of the board but being that his friend sees this same exact lady in his dreams. I mean I guess it could be cause of the board but like I said the only thing that makes me believe it may not have anything to do with the board is the dreams his friend has. For me it's tough to say if it's cause of the board. But I do also wanna say burning the board ... idk if that's a good idea either.

I’ve only experienced sleep paralysis once and it was when I lived in my old apartment that I swear was haunted. I’ve never been more scared in my life, I was sleeping on my stomach and I couldn’t move but I felt like someone was watching me. I was able to close my eyes while I was saying the Lord’s Prayer in my head
