@kierstenpolaschek: honestly it’s my favorite bread recipe to make🍞 & when I say foolproof I mean it- I forgot to do my stretch & folds last night after mixing my dough & these loaves still turned out💅🏼 I also have used this with discard & they turned out perfect, I let them overproof & they were amazing, the point is that it’s pretty hard to mess up 🤪 #sourdough #sourdoughbread #sourdoughrecipes #sourdoughdiscard
